You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Soulr. Anyone under 18 will be removed.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share access.

• Be honest about who you are.
• Treat every member with respect and dignity.
• Respect consent — both in conversation and in person.
• Report behaviour that doesn't belong here.

Soulr exists for meaningful relationships. Speak to others the way you'd want to be spoken to. Read the Community Guidelines for the full standard.

• Fake profiles, impersonation, or AI-generated personas.
• Harassment, hate speech, stalking, threats, or discrimination.
• Illegal activity of any kind, including sale or solicitation of illegal goods or services.
• Sexual content, nudity, or content involving anyone under 18.
• Spam, scams, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms. Severe violations result in immediate removal. Every moderation action explains why and how to appeal.

Paid plans auto-renew until canceled. Pricing, features, and renewal terms are shown clearly at checkout. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from account settings.

Refund eligibility varies by plan and jurisdiction. See our Refund Policy for full details. Subscriptions purchased through a mobile app store are governed by that store's refund policy.

Soulr is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that you'll find a specific match or relationship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Soulr is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Continued use of Soulr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
