Delete your Soulr account
This will permanently erase your account and everything connected to it. We won't keep a copy. There is no undo.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and identity
- All Companion memories
- All reflections and journal entries
- All uploaded photos
- All matches and conversations
A few things to know
- Deletion is permanent and immediate.
- Some security and abuse-prevention logs may be retained where required by law.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid future charges.
