Community Guidelines
Last updated: January 2026
Soulr is a place to be seen, not performed. Five core values protect the depth and warmth that make this community different.
Respect
Treat every member as a whole person — because they are. Curiosity, patience and dignity are the foundation of every meaningful connection here.
Authenticity
- Use real, recent photos of yourself.
- Be honest in your prompts and your conversations.
- No catfishing, fake personas, or AI-generated profiles.
Consent
Pay attention to what the other person wants. Match someone's pace, accept "no" with grace, and never share another member's photos or messages without permission.
Kindness
Open with a thoughtful question. Respond when others do the same. If you're not interested, a kind word is better than silence.
Safety
Protect this space the way you protect the people in it. If you see something that doesn't belong, report it. We act on reports personally.
Zero tolerance
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
- Scams, fraud, financial solicitation, or commercial spam.
- Hate speech or discrimination.
- Stalking or coordinated targeting of another member.
- Impersonation, fake identities, or AI-generated personas.
- Underage users. Suspected minors are removed immediately and reported where required.
- Explicit abuse or sexual content. Soulr is not that kind of platform.
Violations result in warnings, feature limits, or permanent removal — depending on severity. Every action explains why and how to appeal.
How to report
You can report any profile, message, or photo from the three-dot menu in the app. Choose a category — harassment, fake profile, scam, hate speech, underage, other — add a short note if you like, and submit. Reports are anonymous to the person reported, and we block them for you automatically.
Reports are reviewed promptly by a real person. For urgent safety concerns, email safety@soulr.app. See the Safety Center for more.
We're building Soulr to create meaningful relationships.
If you have questions, we're here to help — real humans, not bots.
